Host/Hostess
- Must be 16 or older
- Shifts: 3pm-10pm M-F, must be available weekends and holidays also
- Answering telephone
- Making reservations
- Taking room service orders
- Friendly disposition towards customers
- Seating customers
- Using computer ordering system
- Handling and responsible for cash
- Helping bus persons and servers with minor tasks: resetting tables and serving coffee
- Assisting Manager on duty with minor tasks
- Lifting Up to 30 Pounds
- Bending and Lifting
- Pushing and Pulling Large Items
- Standing for 8 Hours
Bus Person - Part Time
- Evenings, 4pm - 11pm
- Provide water and bread service to guests
- Clear soiled plates, linens and trash
- Carry trays to kitchen and break down accordingly
- Reset tables
- Assist in serving food
- Fill ice bins
- Set and bread down tables
- Stock stations with glassware, china and silver
- Assist servers as necessary
- Fold linens
- Requires lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to be on feet for at least 8 hours
Server/Support Staff
- Shifts range from 6 am - 3 pm & 4 pm - 11 pm. Needs to be flexible
- The positions are part time
- Minimum of 1-3 year polished casual dining restaurant server experience preferred
- Make suggestions and answer questions regarding menu, daily specials and beverages
- Take customer's orders
- Assess and anticipate customer's need
- Ring orders into the computer system
- Process all payments (discounts, voids, complimentary offers, etc)
- Perform all necessary side work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours
- Offer assistance to other team members as necessary
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Part-time Bartender
- Shift: 4 pm - 2 am
- Customer service oriented
- Clean and neat appearance
- Processing drink orders in the computer system
- Responsible for maintaining accurate drawer
- Maintain bar area
- Maintain proper security of money and alcohol
- Able to lift and carry 10-15 lbs.
- Standing for 4-8 Hours
- Able to reach above head for glasses
Line Cook
- This position is either a full or part time with flexible shifts
- 1 year experience preferred
- Must be flexible to work Weekends and Holidays
- Responsible for prepping all menu items
- Working knowledge and proficiency at all three stations (Cold, Boiler/Grill and Saute)
- Maintain and ensuring sanitation procedures
- Experience using kitchen knives
- ServSafe certification a plus
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Must be able to be on feet for 8 hour shifts
